This is according to a research carried out at the Department of Nutritional Sciences, The Pennsylvania State University, USA. Healty explorer doesnote that calorie control is the key to any weight loss program, however believes the soup diet is a great way to off set hunger as it is high in fibre, which takes longer to digest and releasing energy slowly into the body.
